At Centrick Studios, we are committed to delivering precision-engineered results that turn your vision into a playable reality. To ensure a transparent and “powerhouse” collaboration, we have established the following policies regarding project changes and financial commitments.

Revision Policy

We believe in a collaborative process. Our goal is to ensure every asset and line of code meets the high-fidelity standards of a modern indie game powerhouse.

  • Included Revisions: Each project milestone typically includes two rounds of minor revisions to ensure the final output aligns with the initial creative brief.
  • Minor vs. Major: Minor revisions include small tweaks to 3D textures, UI adjustments, or gameplay value balancing. Major revisions (changes to core mechanics or rebuilt 3D models) that deviate from the agreed-upon scope may require a separate quote.
  • Approval Process: Once a milestone is approved by the client, any further changes to that specific section will be treated as a new task to maintain project momentum.

Refund Policy

As a studio dedicated to custom game development and high-end 3D design, our work is service-based and milestone-driven.

  • Initial Deposit: To secure your spot in our production pipeline, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • Milestone Payments: Refunds cannot be issued for milestones that have already been completed, reviewed, and approved by the client.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled mid-production, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Technical Failure: In the highly unlikely event that we cannot deliver a functional product as outlined in the technical brief, a partial or full refund of the current milestone may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Communication & Turnaround

To keep your project on track, we rely on a “rapid feedback cycle” to minimize the need for major refunds or revisions.

  • Feedback Window: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback within 48–72 hours of a milestone delivery to ensure we maintain our “zero-latency” workflow.
  • Studio Commitment: As a studio founded on a 5-year journey from freelance excellence to studio leadership, we guarantee professional accountability for every asset we deliver.
