Scope of Services

Centrick Studios provides specialized end-to-end development solutions designed for high-performance game production. Our core capabilities include:

• Game Development: Full-cycle production using Unreal Engine 5, multiplayer systems, and cross-platform optimization.
• Game Design: The creation of engaging mechanics, level design, and balanced gameplay systems.
• 3D Design: High-fidelity character modeling, environment design, and PBR texturing.

Project Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Studio Property: All pre-existing frameworks, proprietary code, and “Masterpieces” developed by Centrick Studios remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Client Ownership: Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership of the specific playable realities and custom assets created for their project.

• Showcase Rights: Centrick Studios reserves the right to showcase project highlights in our portfolio to demonstrate our hard work only to demonstrate new clients in the future. 

Client Responsibilities

To maintain our “zero-latency” workflow, clients must:

• Provide Creative Vision: Supply necessary briefs and assets required to turn their vision into a playable reality.
• Timely Feedback: Respond to milestone deliveries promptly to avoid bottlenecks in the production pipeline.
• Final Approval: Formally approve each stage of the “From Concept to Playable Reality” process before moving to the next phase.

Payment & Financial Terms

• Engagement: Work begins once a deposit is received and the project scope is defined.
• Milestone Payments: Payments are tied to specific high-fidelity prototypes or production stages as outlined in the initial quote.
• Currency: All transactions are handled in USD unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

• Centrick Studios utilizes precision-engineered results, but we are not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., engine updates or store policy changes) that occur after project delivery.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service milestone in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other fails to meet project obligations. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed by the studio up to that date.
